BRIEFLY LABOR LAW
Labor law is the branch of law that regulates the employment relationship. In our daily lives, business relationships are established between individuals for various purposes, and some individuals perform certain tasks for the benefit of others. For example, a doctor examines a patient, a lawyer provides legal assistance to a client, a tailor sews for a customer, a worker works on behalf of an employer, and a civil servant performs the duty assigned to them. However, there are significant economic and legal differences among these mentioned business relationships. As a result, it is not possible for every business relationship to be regulated by labor law.
